    Superfood Energy Bites

    These energy bites are so easy and yummy, satisfying your sweet tooth but packing a great punch: they are perfect before a workout, as a quick breakfast, and as a protein-packed snack! This recipe is easy to tweak, meaning there are options, options, options for whatever you have on hand. My roommates are crazy for them! I make them almost every week, because they are convenient, versatile, and healthy!

    Gluten-Free and Vegan



    1. Mix all together in a medium size bowl
    2. Refrigerate for 30 minutes minimum
    3. Mold into 1 1/2 inch diameter balls, or size of your choosing
    4. If mixture is quite sticky and difficult to handle still after refrigeration, add a bit more oats and refrigerate a little longer
    Makes approx. 15-20. Store in fridge.
