    Wanna Matcha Overnight Superfood Oats

    In honor of the last day of National Oatmeal Month we collaborated with @wannamatchatea for some Matcha Superfood Overnight Oats!! Packed with our superfood oats containing quinoa, chia, hemp, amaranth and flax seeds + some matcha and berries on top. It’s VEGAN and GLUTEN FREE. 


    • 1/2 cup of Happy Day Brands Superfood Oatmeal
    • 1/4 cup + 1 Tablespoon of almond milk
    • 1/4 cup + 1 Tablespoon of coconut milk
    • 1/2 tsp-1 Tablespoon Wanna Matcha (depending on how strong you want it)


    1. Shake your favorite pouch of Happy Day Brands Superfood Oatmeal to distribute the seeds evenly (we used the superfood base rolled outs).
    2. Scoop a level 1/2 cup portion of oat mixture and place in a pint sized jar.
    3. Measure your matcha powder and pour over the top of the oats.
    4. Take a butter knife and stir the liquid and dry ingredients together until all pockets of dry ingredients are well moistened. A butter knife will allow you to reach all around the bottom of the jar.
    5. Screw on your lid and place in the refrigerator for a minimum of five hours to soak.
    6. Once the soaking process is complete; remove the lid, stir the decadent goodness well and enjoy!
    Overnight oats are most often eaten cold. Add your favorite fresh fruit or toppings (we used blueberries, shredded coconut and pomegranate).
