    Blueberry Almond Chai Oatmeal

    My very first bite of Happy Day oatmeal was the Blueberry Almond Chai flavor, and I knew it was going to be good, but I honestly didn’t expect to be shocked. I mean, oatmeal is oatmeal, right? Wrong. Happy Day oatmeal is like the next level. From the chai blend to the subtle kick of ginger, and the multiple textures to keep it interesting, I was in breakfast heaven.

    Vegan, Gluten-Free



    1. Combine oatmeal and almond milk
    2. Microwave for 2 minutes, and stir to thoroughly incorporate.
    3. Add in your berries, and any other complimentary fruit.
    Perfect as is! If you woke up with a sweet tooth, you can drizzle a bit of pure maple syrup over top to satisfy your craving.
