Preheat oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, combine banana, cashew butter, vanilla, and coconut oil. Stir until well combined.
Add coconut flour, almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Mix well, until a smooth batter forms (you may want to use a mixer to make this process easier).
Stir in 1/2 cup chocolate wafers. Pour batter into prepared pan and sprinkle the remaining 1/4 cup chocolate wafers on top.
Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
