I’m such a fan of baked breads for dessert. Give me any and all banana breads, pumpkin breads, and chocolate zucchini breads! Don’t be alarmed by the addition of zucchini in a chocolate dessert; it just makes the bread very moist. You really can’t taste the vegetable at all. This recipe comes together so easily, requires only one bowl, and will have you wanting to make a second loaf ASAP. I had almost half the loaf by myself in the course of several days and it’s just so good. I hope you love it!

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 and line a bread pan with parchment paper.
Add all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl. Pour batter into parchment lined bread pan and top with additional chocolate chips if desired.
Bake for 25-30 minutes at 400. Mine was perfect right around 27 minutes.
Allow to cool completely before slicing.
