Healthy Cookie Dough Bars

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ingredients except for the flaky salt with a wooden spoon or spatula.
  2. Press the dough into a small square dish (mine was about 4x4) and top with flakey sea salt.
  3. Chill for an hour before cutting into 6 smaller bars or 4 large ones.
  4. Keep in an air tight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
