Ingredients:

• 1/2 cup cashew butter
• 1/4 cup maple syrup
• 1 serving vanilla protein
• 1/4 cup Happy Day Brands Oat Flour
• 3 tbsp Happy Day Brands Coconut Flour
• 2 tbsp Happy Day Brands Sugar Free Chocolate Chips
• 1/4 tsp salt + flaky sea salt on top

Directions:

1. In a large bowl, combine the ingredients except for the flaky salt with a wooden spoon or spatula.
2. Press the dough into a small square dish (mine was about 4x4) and top with flakey sea salt.
3. Chill for an hour before cutting into 6 smaller bars or 4 large ones.
4. Keep in an air tight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
