    Four Ingredient No-Bake Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars

    Peanut Butter Layer

    • 1 cup natural creamy peanut butter
    • ¼ cup + 2 tablespoons honey (or maple syrup)
    • ½ cup coconut flour

    Dark Chocolate Layer


    For the peanut butter layer:

    1. In a medium bowl, combine peanut butter, honey, and coconut flour. Stir until thoroughly combined. 
    2. Line an 8 x 8-inch baking pan with parchment paper. Pour peanut butter mixture into the pan and use a spatula to smooth into an even layer. Set aside.
    For the chocolate layer:
    1. In a microwave safe bowl, combine chocolate and peanut butter. Microwave in 30 second increments until completely melted. Pour over peanut butter layer and use a spatula to smooth into an even layer.
    2. Transfer pan to the freezer; freeze for an hour. Remove from freezer and slice into 16 squares. The bars can be stored in the refrigerator for up to five days.
