    Overnight Oats

    Ingredients:

    1. 2 cups milk (dairy, almond, cashew or coconut)
    2. 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon chia seeds
    3. 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon ground flax seed
    4. 1⁄4 cup pure maple syrup

    Directions:

    1. In a mixing bowl stir well to combine milk, oats, chia, flax and maple syrup.
    2. Divide into 4 pint jars. Top with lids and refrigerate for 5 hours, up to overnight.
    3. In the morning, top with fresh ingredients, stir and enjoy.
    Fresh Ingredient Combinations (Each for Single Jar):
    • 1⁄4 cup blueberries & 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
    • 1⁄4 cup sliced strawberries & 2 tablespoons coconut cream
    • 1⁄4 cup diced apples, 2 tablespoons chopped pecans & 1⁄4 teaspoon cinnamon 1⁄4 cup raspberries & 1 teaspoon lemon zest

      Pro Tip:

      1. Will keep in the refrigerator for up to two days.
      2. For a creamier texture, stir in a couple extra tablespoons of milk to the oats in the morning before adding extra toppings.
