A cooold morning calls for a cozy stack of pancakes! We’re tOATally swooning over these ones, which get an extra nutrient boost from our superfood oats
Serves 1 but recipe can easily be doubled, tripled, quadrupled etc.
1/2 cup Happy Day gluten free oats
1/2 - 1 banana, mashed
1/2 cup cottage cheese or greek yogurt
1 egg (or 2 egg whites)
couple drops stevia, or sweetener of choice
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Combine all ingredients in blender or mini cuisinart and blend until smooth. Cook your cakes!
