    A cooold morning calls for a cozy stack of pancakes! We’re tOATally swooning over these ones, which get an extra nutrient boost from our superfood oats

    Serves 1 but recipe can easily be doubled, tripled, quadrupled etc.


    • 1/2 cup Happy Day gluten free oats
    • 1/2 - 1 banana, mashed
    • 1/2 cup cottage cheese or greek yogurt
    • 1 egg (or 2 egg whites)
    • couple drops stevia, or sweetener of choice
    • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon


    1. Combine all ingredients in blender or mini cuisinart and blend until smooth. Cook your cakes!
