Our Whole Wheat Flour is 100% non-GMO stone ground from dark northern hard red wheat grown right here in our state of Idaho. We go from farm to mill to package, with all of the nutritious bran and germ still intact. This high-protein whole grain flour is the preferred choice of traditional and classic bread bakers for consistent, high rising, whole grain loaves.

Ingredients: Wheat Flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin and Folic Acid.
