Making homemade granola has become one of my new favorite things to do. I love that it’s so customizable and I can add or take away ingredients easily. Just change up some nuts or seeds and you’ve got an entirely new but delicious granola! I’ve made my homemade gingerbread granola so many times so I changed it up with this one. It’s filled with nuts, coconut flakes and chocolate chips!
Ingredients:
Add the following to a large Ziploc bag: crushed nuts, coconut flakes, melted coconut oil, cashew butter, honey, and pumpkin pie spice.
Mix. Add in chocolate chips.
Line a bread pan (or 8×8 would work for thinner bars) with parchment paper. Spread mixture into pan.
Top with sea salt.
Freeze for at least an hour. Once frozen, break into small pieces. Keep some chunks larger if desired.
Delicious with almond butter, almond milk, or fresh fruit!
