I made a small batch of these to snack on all weekend but they didn’t last very long. Should’ve made more because they’re seriously addicting and super easy to make. I’m a huge fan of the dates + nut butter for an easy snack but dip it in some chocolate and it’s just the next level.
I buy the bigger, double dates from Aldi so that way you have more room to add in the goods. Slice them in half, take a knife and add the nut butter (I used cashew butter because it’s my fav right now!), then dip in some melted dark chocolate - I used Happy Day Brands Chocolate Wafers and mixed them with a little bit of coconut oil then melted it. Put in the fridge for an hour or so and then they’re ready to go. You can keep them in the fridge for a few days but good luck getting them to last that long.
